Every barber shop shall be equipped with hot and cold potable running water in sufficient quantity to provide ample amounts for adequate and complete cleaning of the shop and customer needs. Provision shall be made for approved waste disposal of liquid and solid wastes. The water supply shall comply with the requirements of the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the safe drinking water amendment 42 U.S.C. § 300 g et seq. and the regulations adopted thereunder.
