Section 1-2 - Statutory Authority

The Wyoming Animal Euthanasia Technician Certification Board hereafter referred to as the "Board" was created by the Animal Euthanasia Technician Board Act of 2003, W.S. 33-30-216 through 33-30-222, herein after referred to as the "Act".
