The Wyoming Animal Euthanasia Technician Certification Board Rules and Regulations are set forth for the purpose of interpreting and implementing W.S. 33-30-216 through 222 establishing the Board, and conferring upon it responsibility for certification of animal euthanasia technicians and regulation of the practice of animal euthanasia in the State of Wyoming.
