(a) The location and size of the dispensing area shall be determined by the Director of Agriculture. The dispensing area shall be enclosed with a six (6) foot fence.
(b) The area shall be furnished with chairs, and tables to accommodate the number of people who can legally occupy the area as determined by the State Fire Marshal.
(c) All applicable fire and safety codes shall be followed in establishing a dispensing area.
(d) No malt beverage served in the dispensing area shall be consumed outside the dispensing area.
(e) Adequate security personnel shall be present in the dispensing area during all hours of dispensing. As a prerequisite of hiring, each security person will be required to submit a statement declaring they have reviewed and understand W.S. 12-6-101 and the State Fair Security Procedures for the dispensing area. All persons entering the dispensing area will be asked for age identification.
