(a) Dispensing area - the one area designated by the Director of Agriculture on the state fair grounds where malt beverages may be dispensed as authorized by W.S. 12-4-505.
(b) Provider - a nongovernmental entity which dispenses and serves the malt beverage authorized by W.S. W.S. W.S. 12-4-505 and by contract with the Director of Agriculture.
