(a) If the Wyoming department of agriculture grants a variance as specified in Chapter 1, Section 6, or a HACCP plan is otherwise required as specified under Chapter 1 0, Section 1, the license holder shall: - (i) Comply with the HACCP Plan and procedures that are submitted as specified under Chapter 10, Section 2, and approved as a basis for the modification or waiver; and
- (ii) Maintain and provide to the Wyoming department of agriculture, upon request, records specified under Chapter 10, Section 2(a) (iv) and (v), that demonstrate that the following are routinely employed:
- (A) Procedures for monitoring critical control points;
- (B) Monitoring of the critical control points;
- (C) Verification of the effectiveness of an operation or process; and
- (D) Necessary corrective actions if there is failure at a critical control point.
