This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants from processes in the contact cooling and heating water subcategory to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs. The contact cooling and heating water subcategory is limited to processes where process water contacts the raw material or plastic product for the purpose of heat transfer during plastics molding and forming.
