Section NR 856.14 - Responsible parties

The person responsible for registering, reporting, amending, or terminating registrations as required under this chapter is one of the following:

(1) For water supply systems, the owner of the property on which the water supply system is located.
(2) For public water supply systems, the owner of the public water supply system.
