Section 99-5-3 - Application for Extraordinary Police or Security Services
3.1. Any entity that requests use of the Capitol complex through the West Virginia General Services Division, shall also submit a request for extraordinary police or security services. The West Virginia General Services Division shall inform the entity of the application requirement, explain to the entity how to apply, and inform the entity that the contracted police or security services may include additional costs.
3.2. All requests for extraordinary police or security services must be made to the Director and shall explain the need for services, funding source, and the authority under which the request is made.
3.3. The Director shall review all requests and decide whether approval shall be granted. The Director shall not grant approval for any request involving labor disputes.
