Section 85-24-10 - Termination of Participation By Client Employer
10.1. The client employer may terminate participation in the loss management program upon three years of continuous participation in the program without penalty.
10.2. If the client employer terminates participation in the loss management program prior to three years of continuous participation in the program, no credit shall be granted to the client employer.
