Scope. -- This rule sets forth criteria for employer and employee exemptions, determination of compensable time, employer credits and all other matters concerning minimum wages, maximum hours, and overtime compensation pursuant to the Minimum Wage and Maximum Hours Standards for Employees Act, W. Va. Code § 21-5C-1et seq.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 21-5C-1(h), §21-5C-4, and §21-5C-6(a).1.3. Filing Date. -- March 29, 2024.1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2024.1.5. Sunset Date. -- This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on August 1, 2029.
