Section 153-47-2 - Definitions

1.1. "Commission" means the authority granted by the Secretary of State to an individual for the purpose of performing notarial acts as defined in W.Va. State Code § 39-4-2(5).

1.2. "Registration" means the authority granted by the Secretary of State to an individual for the purpose of performing electronic notarial acts as set forth in W.Va. State Code § 39-4-19.
