Section 148-21-1 - General

1.1. Scope. -- These procedural rules shall set forth the procedures for payment to eligible employees for accrued and unused sick leave.

1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 5-5-6.

1.3. Filing Date. -- July 8, 2010.

1.4. Effective Date. -- August 8, 2010.
