W. Va. Code R. § 141-60-7

Current through Register Vol. XLI, No. 40, October 4, 2024
Section 141-60-7 - Preplacement Examinations

Preplacement examinations are an essential phase of medical surveillance. Any worker entering a potentially hazardous job should take a complete history and physical examination to ensure that his/her health status will allow them to safely perform job requirements. For any job which regular medical surveillance is planned, base line data should be obtained, which will aid in future medical screening.
