Section 141-60-6 - Responsibility

a. Supervisors are responsible for insuring that all personnel under their supervision receive appropriate medical monitoring examinations at recommended frequencies as set forth in Appendix A. A record of each examination will be maintained by the supervisor with an information copyforwarded to this office, ATTN: SPMO. Any significant change in an employee's health which may be associated with his/her occupation, will be reported to this office, ATT: SPMO.

b. Responsible Occupational Safety and Health Officials. Chapters 3, 4, and 5, NGR 385-10 are modified as follows:

(1) The installation Safety and Health Official is the State Safety Manager.

(2) The installation Commander is the Adjutant General.

(3) The MACOM OSH Official is the Chief, NGB-AVN-S.
