Section 141-58-30 - Alibis, Challenges, Protests, and Appeals
a.Alibis will be governed by NRA Rules.
b.Challenges and Protests.
1). Challenges may be made to the Range Officer as provided in NRA Rules. No fee shall be charged for challenges.
2). Protests may be made to the Range Referee on the grounds provided by NRA Rules.
3). Challenges and protests by team members shall be made by the Team Captain.
c.Appeals. The ruling of the Range Referee on any challenge or protest may be appealed by the Team Captain to the Match Director who shall be the final arbiter upon all range decisions. Appeals will be made in writing and stated concisely without reference to any competing unit or individual.
