Section 141-58-29 - Scoringa.Rifle Range. Individual score cards along with range operation instructions will be included in each firers range packet, and issued at the team captains meeting. There will be one scorer for each firing point on the rifle range. Scorers will receive ammunition from the ammunition detail and issue it to the firers as directed. Pits will disc shots to indicate where the hit is made in zeroing and slow fire only. Scorers will announce the scores as signaled from the pits and record it on the scoreboard. They will observe targets closely to detect errors. When an order has completed firing, the scorecard will be signed by both the firer and the scorer and delivered by the scorer to the Assistant Statistical Officer on the range.b.Pistol Range. Scaring will be accomplished by firers passing their scorecards to the right with a range officer scoring the last target on the right of the range. In other words, each firer will score the firer on his/her left. At the conclusion of firing by a relay, the scorecard will be signed by the firer and scorer and delivered to the Assistant Statistical Officer on the range.c.Range Charts. The Assistant Statistical Officer on each range will maintain a Range Chart for each match showing the scores fired by each competitor.
