Section 141-51-6 - Delegation of Authoritya. Program Managers may delegate authority to obligate and establish administrative control of funds in accordance with the provisions of references la and lb. All delegations of such authority will be in writing to an individual by name.b. Delegation of authority will not relieve Fund Managers of their responsibilities under this regulation nor will it relieve other personnel of their responsibility for violations which result from failure to comply with established control policies and procedures.W.
