Section 126-85-48 - Free and Reduced Price Meal and Free Milk48.1. Schools participating in the NSLP and/or SBP are required to serve free and reduced price meals to students determined eligible by the current USDA Income Eligibility Guidelines. 48.2. To make it possible for a student to receive a free or reduced price meal, USDA regulations set forth income eligibility guidelines. A policy statement that delineates the policies and procedures used in providing free and reduced price meals for students is included in the permanent agreement approved by WVDE. W. Va.
