Section 126-85-35 - Required Records

35.1. School food service staff must maintain the following records:

35.1.1. roster or sign-in sheet may serve as attendance records;

35.1.2. meal counts (total number of snacks served in area-eligible sites or total number of snacks served by category);

35.1.3. documentation of categorical eligibility of the site or individual student eligibility criteria.

35.1.4. production records to support compliance with the snack meal pattern;

35.2. Records should be maintained three years plus the current year.
