Section 113 - SERVICE OF NOTICE113.1 Service of any written notice required by the Regulation of the NWCAA shall be made on the owner, operator or his registered agent, as follows: 113.11 Either by mailing the notice certified mail, with return receipt requested; or113.12 By personal service.113.2 Any individual, owner, operator, or registered agent of any business, corporation or government coming under the Regulations of the NWCAA may be required to submit evidence that said person is authorized to sign and execute documents on behalf of said corporation, business or government.
