Section 112 - FALSE AND MISLEADING ORAL STATEMENT: UNLAWFUL REPRODUCTION OR ALTERATION OF DOCUMENTS112.1 No person shall willfully make a false or misleading oral statement to the NWCAA Board, Control Officer, or their duly authorized representatives as to any matter within the jurisdiction of the Board.112.2 No person shall reproduce or alter or cause to be reproduced or altered any order, registration certificate, or other paper issued by the NWCAA if the purpose of such reproduction or alteration is to evade or violate any provision or Regulation of the NWCAA, or any other law.
