Section 495E-120-045 - Loss of eligibility - Student activity participation

Any student found to have violated chapter 69.41 RCW, Legend drugs -- Prescription drugs, by virtue of a criminal conviction or otherwise, shall, in lieu of or in addition to any other disciplinary action which may be imposed, be disqualified from participation in any college-sponsored events or activities.
