Section 388-891A-0245 - If the mediation session results in an agreement, do I receive a written statement of the results?

If you and the DVR representative reach an agreement during mediation:

(1) The agreement is documented in writing;

(2) You and the DVR representative sign the written agreement; and

(3) DVR provides you with a copy of the agreement.
