Section 388-829C-066 - How must the companion home provider participate in the certification evaluation process?The companion home provider must participate in the certification evaluation process with DDA staff and DDA-contracted evaluators by:
(1) Allowing scheduled and unscheduled home visits;(2) Providing information and documentation as requested;(3) Cooperating in setting up appointments;(4) Responding to questions or issues identified; and(5) Participating in an exit conference.Wash. Admin. Code § 388-829C-066
