Section 388-829C-065 - How does DDA monitor companion homes?(1) To ensure a client's needs are being met, a client's DDA case manager must: (a) Review all written reports from the provider for compliance with the instruction and support goals specified in the client's person-centered service plan; and(b) Conduct an in-home visit at least every twelve months.(2) DDA monitors a companion home provider through certification evaluation to ensure that the client's needs are being met and the provider is in compliance with this chapter and the companion home contract.
