Section 344-12-030 - Hearings - Place of - Continuances - Action on(1) Hearings shall be held in Olympia, Washington unless otherwise ordered by the chairman. After notice of hearing is once given, the hearing may be continued to another day and from day to day and place to place by order of the committee.(2) Except as otherwise provided by law, upon receipt of a proper request or application for hearing, the committee shall, if in its judgment a hearing is warranted and justifiable, promptly call a hearing, and after such hearing and with all convenient speed, and in any event within twenty days after the conclusion of the hearing, shall take action with regard to the subject matter thereof.Wash.
