Section 246-229-0050 - Who is authorized to terminate a registrant's use of a particle accelerator?

The radiation safety committee, the radiation safety officer of the facility, and the department are authorized to terminate the particle accelerator operations at a facility if the action is determined necessary to protect health and minimize danger to public health and safety or property.
