Section 208-512-090 - Purchase or sale of investment securities For customer or institution accounts allowable

Subject to the Federal Reserve Board's Regulation R, 12 C.F.R. Part 218, a bank may purchase and sell investment securities upon the order and for the account of its customers and may deal in the underwriting and purchasing of investment securities for the bank's investment account subject to WAC 208-512-110 through 208-512-117, inclusive.
