Section 208-512-080 - Purchase or sale of investment securities - Resale or repurchase agreement

The purchase or sale of investment securities under an agreement to resell or repurchase the interest transferred, or a portion thereof, at the end of a stated period, does not constitute an obligation subject to the lending limits under RCW 30A.04.111 and chapter 208-512A WAC and is not considered a pledge or hypothecation of investment securities or assets of the bank to a depositor within the meaning of RCW 30A.04.140.
