Section 132S-100-245 - [Effective until 12/19/2024] Alcohol(1) Consuming, possessing, furnishing, or selling of alcoholic beverages and/or being under the influence of any alcoholic beverage is prohibited on college premises or at college-sponsored or supervised events except as a participant of legal age in a student program, banquet, or educational program which has the special written authorization of the college president or their designee to permit the service of alcoholic beverages.(2) Alcoholic beverages may not, in any circumstance, be used by, possessed by, or distributed to any person under the state alcohol legal drinking age.Wash.
