Section 132S-100-245 - [Effective 12/19/2024] Alcohol(1) Use, possession, manufacture, or distribution of alcoholic beverages or paraphernalia except as a participant of legal age in a student program, banquet, or educational program which has the special written authorization of the college president or their designee to permit the service of alcoholic beverages.(2) Public intoxication on college premises or at college-sponsored events.(3) Alcoholic beverages may not, in any circumstance, be used by, possessed by, or distributed to any person under the state alcohol legal drinking age.Wash.
