Section R765-901-9 - Reporting and Cooperation Requirements(1) The education partner shall report to the talent program annually and on a regular basis as reasonably requested by the talent program.(2) At a minimum, the education partner shall provide documentation of the following: (a) the number of participants in the program;(b) the number of participants who have completed each phase offered by the program;(c) the number of participants who have been hired by a business participating in the program; and(d) any additional data as required and outlined in the terms of the contract.(3) Each education partner shall submit to any audit requested to verify reported data including a third-party audit at the request of the talent program.Utah Admin.
