Section R392-106-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is authorized under Sections 26-1-5 and 26-15-2, and Subsections 26-15c-105(2) and 26-1-30(23).(2) This rule establishes minimum standards for the sanitation, operation, and maintenance of a microenterprise home kitchen, as defined in Section 26-15c-102, and to safeguard public health and ensure that food is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented, provides for the prevention and control of health hazards associated with a microenterprise home kitchen.Utah Admin.
