Section R70-530-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is promulgated under the authority of Sections 4-5-104, 4-4-102, and Subsection 4-4-107(6).(2) This rule shall be applied to safeguard public health and provide consumers food that is safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented.Utah Admin.
