Section R23-1-1306 - Special Provisions Regarding Construction Manager/General Contractor(1) In the selection of a construction manager/general contractor, a standard procurement process as defined in Section 63G-6a-103 may be used or an exception allowed under Part 8 of the Utah Procurement Code.(2) When the construction manager/general contractor enters into any subcontract that was not specifically included in the construction manager/general contractor's cost proposal, the construction manager/general contractor shall procure the subcontractors by using a standard procurement process as defined in Section 63G-6a-103 or an exception to the requirement to use a standard procurement process, described in Part 8 of the Utah Procurement Code.Utah Admin.
