Section R23-1-1002 - Preference for Resident Contractors(1) In addition to the reciprocal preference requirements contained in Section 63G-6a-1003 for resident Utah contractors, this rule outlines the process for award of a contract when there is more than one equally low preferred resident contractor.(2) In the event there is more than one equally low preferred resident contractor, the director shall consider the preferred resident contractors as tie bidders and shall follow the process specified in Sections 63G-6a-608 and R23-1-611.Utah Admin.
