Section 355.460 - Bedding(a) Each resident shall be provided suitable clean bedding, including at least one mattress cover, one sheet, one blanket, one pillow and pillowcase, and a mattress. Mattresses with an integrated pillow may be substituted for a separate pillow and pillowcase. An additional blanket may substitute for one sheet.(b) Clean bed linens shall be issued at least every seven calendar days.(c) Modifications to a resident's bedding items may be made in accordance with the facility's suicide prevention plan.37 Tex.
