Section 355.458 - Personal Hygiene(a) Residents shall be given appropriate instruction on personal and oral hygiene and shall be provided the necessary articles to maintain proper personal cleanliness.(b) Residents shall be provided the opportunity to shower daily and after participating in strenuous exercise.37 Tex.
