Section 537.41 - Standard Contract Form TREC No. 34-4, Addendum for Property Located Seaward of the Gulf Intercoastal WaterwayThe Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form, TREC No. 34-4 approved by the Commission in 2012 for mandatory use as an addendum to be added to promulgated forms of contracts in the sale of property located seaward of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway.
