Section 537.40 - Standard Contract Form TREC No. 33-2, Addendum for Coastal Area PropertyThe Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form TREC No. 33-2 approved by the Commission in 2012 for mandatory use as an addendum to be added to promulgated forms of contracts in the sale of property adjoining and sharing a common boundary with the tidally influenced submerged lands of the state.
