Section 1320-08-06-.06 - REGISTRATION OF VEHICLE BY LESSEE

The registration may be issued to a recipient in his capacity as a lessee if the registrar is provided with documentation showing that authority to register the vehicle in the recipient's name has been granted to the recipient by the lessor.
