Section 1320-08-06-.05 - BUSINESS INTERESTS OF A RECIPIENT

The registration of the special plate must be in the name of and for the individual use of the recipient. The Division shall not issue a special plate in the name of or for use by a corporation, partnership or professional corporation regardless of whether a recipient has an interest in such entity.
