Section 74:53:04:07 - Approval void after two years if construction not started

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources' approval of plans and specifications becomes void two years after date of approval if construction is not initiated prior to that time. Upon request of the owner, voided plans and specifications may be submitted for reconsideration.
