Section 74:53:04:06 - Deviation from approved plans and specifications prohibited

There shall be no deviation from the approved plans and specifications without first submitting revised plans and specifications as new plans and specifications to the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources and receiving written supplemental approval.
