Section 74:29:05:07 - Treatment of tailings - Monitoring during treatment process

Effluent or pore water from tailings impoundments shall be monitored for key parameters designated by the department to statistically characterize the treatment cycle. The monitoring shall be done throughout the duration of the treatment process.
