Section 74:12:07:05 - Duration of permit to inject

Permits to inject issued pursuant to this chapter may be issued for a period up to the operating life of the well. The secretary shall review each permit to inject at least once every five years to determine whether it should be modified, terminated, or a minor modification made as provided for in this chapter.
