Section 74:12:05:03 - Gas from gas wells to be measured

All gas produced shall be measured by metering or other methods approved by the secretary. Results must be reported to the secretary by the operator in cubic feet of gas. Gas produced from a gas well which is not delivered to a gas transportation facility shall also be reported by the operator of the well.
