Section 74:12:02:18 - Cores and samples required to be sent to the state geologist

Sections of cores, if taken, and a washed, dry cut of sample cuttings from all wells drilled for oil and gas must be identified by operator, well name, location, and depth of sample or core and shipped free of cost to the office of the state geologist.
