Section 74:02:04:41 - Drill hole construction requirements

Drill holes must be straight and plumb and must be of sufficient size to allow installation of the casing, centralizers, grout, gravel pack, screen, and pump. The drilling methods must fit the geologic characteristics and conditions at the well site.
